War against men

I’M MAD AS Hell, and I’m not taking it anymore!

To what am I referring? The corporate war against men. Corporations are the root of all evil, as any clueless Smith College coed will assure you.

And what is the specific battlefield on which I wage war today? To wit: There are two sizes of nail clippers, right? A small version for fingers, and a large version for feet.

But those sizes are for women exclusively. The foot version doesn’t work for men’s feet unless the man is a midget.

I use the foot version for my fingers because the finger version fits my fingernails about as well as the foot version fits my footnails, which is to say not at all.

This is a clear corporate attack on men’s rights, men’s Constitutional and God-given rights to have neat feet.

And I’m sick unto death of it.

footLet’s be clear: The “big” clipper is about half as wide as my big toenail. And the smaller clipper for fingers likewise goes about halfway across my nails.

What are we to use? Hatchets? Cutlasses?

This is a feminist-lesbian plot* to diminish men, to put us in our place. I encourage all men to withhold sex from their women until something is done about this outrage.

Man up for nail clipper equality!

*Yes, feminist-lesbians are in bed with corporations. Who knew?

Censored and banned

WITH THE overreaching Supreme Court ruling that gay marriage is constitutional (the Constitution mentions anything related to gay marriage?) WordPress, like a number of other online outfits — Tumblr, Facebook, etc. — decided to fly the Gay Pride flag in riotous multicultural celebration.

The blowback was immediate and extreme on their forum, which I imagine caught the zealous, politically trendy, high-tech boys and girls who run WordPress completely by surprise.

flagPeople oppose gay marriage?! How is it possible?

They were flummoxed.

Did they realize their faux pas and zap the flag? Did they apologize and state that the flag’s appearance was temporary, which appears to be the case? Did they open their diversity-loving hearts to contrary opinions?

Answer: Not on your life, Bub.

They began closing the forum threads that complained and banning posters who wrote or supported them. This is akin to the outrage that a commencement-speaking invitation to Bill O’Reilly or any conservative would confront at New York University or Columbia.

Following is the forum post that got me — yes, me — banned:

I’m picturing a WP staff meeting of the top honchos. I see a group of gals and guys, most if not all Millennials, all tech-savvy, natch, and the door is shut, creating an echo chamber which, of course, means their own, identical ideas are always heard over and over again. Other ideas — contrary notions — do not intrude. If one does bust in somehow, everybody screams in unison to drown it out.

This means they assume their concepts, beliefs and ideals are universal.

One of these ideas is that gay marriage is a great thing. It never occurs to any of them that a contrary idea exists. Oh, they know that evil people out there, mostly in fly-over country, folks who chew tobacco and cud and intermarry with cousins, do not believe in gay marriage, but they dismiss these people out of hand as of no importance whatsoever. Surely, none of those hayseeds are WP customers.

Another idea that bounces eternally off the wall of the echo chamber is that Capitalism is a curse. They believe this in spite of getting a weekly paycheck from a corporation. Nobody ever said the echo chamber had to make perfect sense or even any sense at all.

Believing Capitalism and corporations to be a curse, they feel free to ignore basic corporate rules such as not angering your customers, and its flip side of doing all possible to have happy customers.

There is also the long-known concept of staying out of religion and politics if you don’t want to have a bonfire in your living room, a bonfire that — if not brought under control — can burn your house down.

I imagine this WP staff meeting of Millennials in their echo chamber, and I know that apart from computer code they are clueless about running a business. How else to explain this inexplicable, and almost impossible to remove, rainbow flag on the editor?

Even your yokel plowing a peanut patch in fly-over country to sell at the market knows the basic premise of not angering any more of your customers than necessary. He wants to sell dem peanuts, after all.

He restricts his religious beliefs to church service on Sunday morning and his political beliefs to the voting booth. He knows better than to wave them in the faces of customers who just might think otherwise.

FYI: I ‘m okay with legal unions for gays, but the marriage word should be kept out of it. Only men and women should “get married.” Call me old-fashioned. I do not mind. You may feel otherwise, and that’s okay.

I will not ban you for it.

Race and guns

lawA STORY IN The Washington Times says the recent church murders in South Carolina have “reignited” the debate in America over race and guns.

Again?

Let me explain this mess to you. I’ll speak slowly and clearly.

First, guns. Two elements here. One is that gun ownership is in the Constitution, the law of the land for centuries. Second is that America is awash in arms. The horse is out of the barn, big-time.

If private gun ownership is made illegal now, all those guns will not dissolve. They will simply be owned illegally. And mostly bad guys will have them.

Second, race. Just one element here. Multicultural societies throughout history and around the world have been troubled, often violent, places. The only workable solution to a multicultural society is to handle it as a problem to be addressed as sensibly and kindly as possible.

The absolutely worst thing to do is encourage multiculturalism, celebrate it, put the notion on a pedestal, bow down and praise it as to a pagan god. That is, of course, precisely what America and much of Western Europe now does with perfectly predictable consequences.

Europe does it with its growing population of Mohammedans, and America does it with blacks.

The solution for Europe is to drastically reduce Mohammedan immigration and send many home because they often are not nice people.

The solution for America is to take blacks off the pedestal and treat them as any other citizen, like the regular folks they usually are.

I hope this clarification has been helpful.

Mohammedans and machine guns

Charlie

COWARDLY NEWS OUTLETS like the collectivist New York Times won’t publish this cover from Charlie Hebdo, but The (Intrepid) Unseen Moon — from the safety of a mountaintop in the middle of Mexico, a country where the Mohammedan population is happily about 0.01 percent — knows no fear.

The crime here is that Mohammedans say you cannot depict Mohammed at all, or you’ll have your head chopped off. Something like that. It’s a really loving religion. I urge you to pass this cartoon along.

* * * *

Moving on now to a second, and perhaps related, issue: guns. Due to some tragic shootings in the United States in recent years committed by lunatics, the collectivists have been screaming and fainting from the vapors because they cannot get the U.S. Constitution’s Second Amendment canceled.

As if that would help. There are already guns everywhere. The horse is out of the barn. The collectivists would also like to rescind the First Amendment, but that another issue.

EastwoodThis has created a backlash among traditional Americans, who make up the majority of the citizenry. Collectivists collect on the coasts where they sip white wine in the east and make movies in the west. And they elect dummkopfs like Bill de Blasio in the east and Jerry Brown in the west.

Normal people are flocking to gun stores and arming themselves. This is, in part, due to the collectivist attack on the Constitution. It may also be due to bloodthirsty Mohammedans moving into the neighborhood.

Imagine my broad smile the other day on finding this online. It’s a new firing range in Orlando, Florida, called Machine Gun America. It made my day.

For those of you who want a ranking of machine guns, go here, brought to you by the Washington Free Beacon, a very good news source. In spite of what Leftists would have you think, it’s almost impossible to legally own a fully automatic rifle, but if you go to Machine Gun America, you can let ‘er rip.
